Free Disney $200 gift cars with virgin

Hi, I was just wondering if the free disney gift card from virgin holidays can be credited to your key to the world card on check in at your Disney resort?
Has anyone ever come across this?

don't think so, it's put on a separate card (that looks like a credit card) but there's nothing to stop you going to reception in your resort and using the gift card to pay off things on your KTTW room bill.

Not sure if it's changed but this year it's definitely a separate card (that is picked up when you arrive at the airport).
You can then use it towards your bill at the end of your stay.

I've got no reason to make it up.

We have always had a separate gift card (or, at our request, cards, as we like to give the kids each one of their own to have some $ of their own to spend).

Perhaps if you book direct with WDW it's credited to your KTTW card

Virgin is definitely a separate card though! (this year anyway - maybe it changes next year)

We booked direct with Disney last November and the gift card was sent out to us before the holiday with all our paperwork etc. It was ready to use and not on the kttw card. We've booked with Virgin this time and have been informed that we need to pick the card up at the airport. Like a previous poster said though, there's nothing to stop you using it to pay off your kttw card bill. Whether they can load it onto your kttw card to give you a credit on your card, I have no idea - I guess you'll need to ask when you're there.

It is definatley a seperate card with Virgin, which you pick up at the airport from the Virgin rep. We had a nightmare with this last year as the voucher they sent us said to present it to the hotel at check in, but that was wrong. We did eventually get it but it took 5 days and a lot pf phonecalls.
Best to check if Virgin are still making you pick them up at the airport beofre you go!
Hope this helps.

If you've booked with Virgin you will have to collect the gift card at the airport. Then as someone else mentioned, you can credit it to your account on check in
