Halloween Horror Nights query!

Hi all , we are doing HHN when we go in sept, we've got our universal tickets which cover us going into the park ready for HHN on that day so only need to buy our HHN tickets and we also want fast passes also too ensure we get as many , if not all the houses covered...we have previously done HHN and bought the HHN ticket at the park on the day but have never done fast pass before. We were very lucky the last time as we met on the very first house with a very kind gentleman on his own ( as the rest of his party hadn't turned up) with a VIP group fast pass and he invited us all (4) of us around with him, so we got too do all , except one with him, one after the other and it made it so easy..we were left with one house to do on our own ( as he left, he is from Florida) and this one alone took us nearly two hours in the queue , so hence the reason we want too get fast passes this time , we just unsure , cheapest way, and also do they do a group pass ( if this would work out cheaper ) there's 5 of us doing it, many thanks

Sorry cant help with the fast pass, but i do have a question for you if you don't mind? what dates did you go last year? as i am there for HHN on 16,17,18 and 22nd sept. and am unsure if i will need to buy fast pass. do you think it will be busy on these dates or fairly quiet as its the start of HHN? Thanks

Just to answer this question, we had the frequent fear tickets for last year, and have them again this year and will be there the same nights as you. Each night we went to a different holding area and got into different houses first. On the first night the most we waited was about a hour but most were about 20 to 40 minutes. That night though we skipped incideous totally and did that first a different night. If you are doing multiple nights just get to the park before it closes and go into a holding area. Take your time if your going on different nights. Have a brilliant time, you will get everything done no problem without Fastpass if your going to more than one.

If you are going 1 night an express pass is a MUST. If multiple nights, hit a couple of houses from different S&S areas each night (as dsh1979 said)

If you really wanna hit it well then enquire about the RIP tour, expensive though.

I personally wouldn't do hhn without express. I can't handle the queues and express means you can chill out a bit and enjoy the scare zones without missing anything. Even the slower nights are insanely busy

Sarah/Paul I'm not sure that US will categorize 5 as a Group so would say that you will be full price, last year they were selling partial EP that started after 10pm, very easy to get the first 3-4 Houses done from release.
We had Rush of Fear passes so done Thurs/Fri & Sun all were busy, we had deliberately missed out the Sat thinking that it would be mobbed but in speaking to other guests Sat hadn't been as busy as the Fri.
