Anthem of the seas uk oct half term

Am booked on anthem of the seas, oct half term, just me and my 17yr old.
She is vaccinated, but sadly not classed as fully as uk guidelines say the 17 and unders only require 1 covid jab.

Was hoping to get of and do titanic museum.
Anyone been or going on this cruise.

Not been yet (booked for Sept) but according to the current rules unvaccinated passengers can only leave on a ship organised excursion- but there is one to the titanic museum so if you are happy to pay their price….

I'm just looking at this cruise right now...went on our first cruise earlier this month (Disney Magic) and figure that a 5 night cruise will cost about the same as staying somewhere in the UK for a week once you've paid for food and entertainment!

Just trying to get my head around how 'cruises' work.

Sorry for jumping on your thread but I just wanted to add about my daughters vaccination. She had her first vaccination at college enrollment day and booked her second online for the first week in October. We will try our luck at the walk in centre after 4-6 weeks though. She is 16.

We did the 8 nighter earlier this month and are considering booking again in October once we get our florida cancellation. When we were on you could only leave on an organised excursion but apparently that changed the cruise after ours and you can now leave by yourself.

Just double checked and yes it's still only 1 dose they can have.
