I cannot send my private message or receive the private message.

Can you help me to alter it?

Make sure your PM box ins't full, including previously sent items, here: https://www.thedibb.co.uk/forums/pri...50&folderid=-1

Delete them if you don't need them to free up space.

Have you got this sorted now? It shows that you have some available space and everything else looks ok.

Deborah, I still cant send you private messages as you have opted not to receive any, you need to change this so I can send you your SS details x

still not working for private message. I send to shirley for secret santa either of us cant received it?

Looks like you have PM�s set to contacts and moderators only.

Go to UserCP then Edit Options and untick � Receive Private Messages only from Contacts and Moderators�

Then scroll down and click save

I give it up and miss out Secret Santa now and I had been trying several times to send out to Secret Santa and still not delivery it oh well I give it up and my english is not good because I use BSL and I try to fix it . but nothing had been solved it.

2. Scroll down to this bit below, and make sure the checkbox does NOT have a tick in it:

3. Scroll down and click 'save changes':
