At this rate with all the paperwork and spare Covid test kits I'm thinking one of these should just about do it.

This was definitely a Cayman requirement. They don't ask for anything on arrival in the US, they have completely pushed the responsibility of Covid document checking to the airlines.

I have a zipped document wallet I got from Amazon. Has pockets for cards, Avis preferred, lounge access etc.
Then a section for passports, and anything you want to print I just tri fold.
I tend to print things too so I have a back up for everything.
I also has a flap at the front for boarding passes.
It’s like this

A4 Poly pockets, in a box binder in the order we need them for documents.
Passports in a small wash bag.
All of which never leave my person, lol.

I use one of these:

It’s about the size of an envelope. Though with the new requirements I’m thinking a display wallet would be simpler- it just won’t fit in my bag!

A5 display folder. I’ve been using one for years. Everything filed in the order we will need them.

I also have everything on my phone. But I like knowing I have everything and putting them all into the file is reassuring v

I used to rely on phone but have found all the extra stuff needed much easier to have printed and hand it all over for checking rather than having to scroll through various screen shots for all the travellers in my party!

Bought myself a nice Aspinall of London travel wallet a few years back, use it every trip.
Everything fits although granted some things had to be folded and this was pre covid
