I’m doing ok….still very small steps and I’m trying to walk to the shops every day….I’m a comfort eater and I’m piling on the pounds need to loose at least four stones …I e joined slimming world a huge step for me and hopefully I will go tomorrow…. If anyone wants to PM me I have got rid of some of my messages.

Joining slimming world is really good. It will give you a focus and somewhere to go each week. Plus, hopefully, added bonus of losing some weight and feeling physically better too. Well done to you, let us know how you get on xx

Getting out to the shops each day is also a really good step. They may be small but it’s really good. You’re doing really well, although I realise it must be very difficult. Take care xx

WOW MM you are doing well. Getting to the shops was a major step for me at the time, twice actually putting the basket down in the isle & walking out to come home! Well done to you.
As another poster said joining SW is a really good idea, it gives you something to focus on & loosing weight makes a possible project out of it.
