She hasn't aged has she? I wonder what made them consider her for the role, up until Vera I associated her with more comedy type roles.

fun fact
Vera is very popular in the USA... i was in a taxi a while back & the driver had spent the day driving two american ladies about all the areas/sets where Vera was filmed she was in the top 10 most popular detectives in the US weird to see the area i grew up being used one time.. |

Well Vera was back with a new episode last Sunday - think there are 3 more to go.
I really should get our more as I even recognised the "social club" involved with the Webley family  - it was the Throckley Union Jack
