I shouldn't have looked at this... have now contacted Outer Rim for a quote! I think it's out of our budget, but they had quite a few dates available for May 2022.

For availability, see link below, this provides info on which dates have some availability. However, it doesn't tell you how many or which type of cabins are available, and the link only works from am American IP address otherwise you get redirected to the disney.co.uk general info page. The simplest way to get access is to download an app called VPN360 on your smartphone, and click connect on the app (default gives you a USA connection). That reroutes all your traffic via a USA server, so if you then go to this link it should work.

Currently all dates in August are showing that there is availability.

Regarding options, this is what you can generally choose at time of booking:

• Cabin type: Standard, Galaxy Suite, Grand Captains Suite. Note that the suites are generally all booked out as there are only a few.
• Dinner time: 5:30pm or 8pm
• Captains table: limited availability each night, costs extra $30 per person

For anyone following this - I also booked this through OuterRim. Really friendly and speedy service and booking is showing in MDE so presumably is all ok !
