Vegas during/after covid

Been looking to book something for November and having been many times I think I'm pretty clued up on hotels there but having checked tripadvisor nearly all the hotels are getting slated for services/standards during this pandemic, has anyone been recently to comment whether this is the case or not

many thanks in advance

Although not directly Vegas, I aim sure all hotels are suffering staff shortages due to covid and many migrant workers from say, Mexico, are still in Mexico. This was very evident in CA last week so I assume Vegas will be the same. The solution is not to fill where you cant service but greed has taken over and the end customs is the one that suffers (same in UK - particularly in Town)

We just got back after 13 days there. We stayed at Wynn and Aria. Both were just as before. Service excellent. Our daughter stayed at Park MGM. Harrahs and Wynn. No problems at all except not many people on reception desk at Harrahs. Rooms all clean. Masks strictly adhered to by most people.

Hi Kevin, airport was fine. Noticed no difference to any other trip. We usually use Uber/Lyft but now the taxis from the airport are fixed rate, so we took a taxi. Think its $25 for your end of the strip. Loads of taxis and just stepped into one straight away. Used Lyft the rest of the time. Vegas was the same old Vegas.

We were there over thanksgiving and into December and i can’t say things were any different to our many previous visits .

Not all hotels have their buffets open , but that wasn’t a issue for us.

We went in pretty much all the strip hotels and to places like Downtown Summerlin and it all seemed very normal

We go back next month and are really looking forward too it ..

We definitely noticed a different in Anaheim though, staff in restaurants outside the parks were rushed off their feet as they are so short of staff, So there were longer waits /tables not cleared so quickly etc..

He told us $25 for south strip and $28 for north strip. Anyway its just set on the clock before you leave the airport and thats what he charged. We did have a big car as there were 4 of us with bags so maybe thats why it was more. No line to get it which was great. Sometimes with Uber its chaos at the airport.

In CA last week taxis (well Uber and Lyft) cost considerably more than they have in the past years - I expect it reflects both covid surge and the recent increase in fuel - as such I expect “rank” normal taxis to be similar given similar constraints
