Booking outside of 60 days in Orlando

Hi all Dibbers,

On previous visits we've never really bothered with ADR's and it suited us fine to freestyle it. Nowadays, the ADR seem essential to get into the prime Disney and Springs restaurants. That's all fine - 60 days in advance and onsite can book all on that day... get that and understood.

Are there many restaurants, in Springs, City Walk, iDrive... that we can book ahead of 60 days? Thinking of those that are normally booked a long time in advance because of the popularity. For example, Hard Rock you can't.

For DS, any that are on OpenTable (quite a few of them since most are third party owned) there may be availability on there beyond the 60 day mark.

I booked Hard Rock Cafe on 22nd October for 24th December which I make 64 days and also booked Antojitos and Cowfish that day too, all via Universal website. I didn’t try any earlier so don’t know if they’re now opening them up much before 60 days.

Also booked The Edison at Disney Springs over 60 days out on OpenTable for Christmas Day.

We’ve booked City Walk / universal restaurants last month for May

Thanks for the OpenTable advice. Where the list is short on availability, I was able to get Raglan Road and Wine Bar George booked in for peak times.
