First time villa user

Hi
We are looking at doing a villa for the first time in 2024.

There will be 6 of us but we will need 4 bedrooms minimum and 2 x en-suite. Pool obviously and close to Disney.

We’d be going early July (before schools break up).

What should I expect to spend per week? How far out would you book it? If I book a dibb villa can I see other dibbers reviews?

Many good villas book out 12/18 months in advance
Price depends on location;size , resort style community’s villas are more expensive and not all villas have access to the resort facilities so make sure you check thst out
Dibb villas yes you can see the reviews from other dibbers on each owners advert on here
If you decide you want to see what dibb villas are available be specific about what you require ie 4 bed 2 en-suites , games room spa or hot tub etc makes it easier for you to filter through replies and for us owners if we don’t meet your requirements

Thank you. Good info there. I will start looking in a bit more detail.
We aren’t 100% on dates yet as it’s gcse year for 1 and first year uni for the other in 2024 so guessing at dates but certainly want to make use of the weeks before U.K. schools break up

If you check airBnB you can search for July next year to get an idea of costs for a villa close to Disney. You will want to look at the villa just below Disney in the highway 192 area.
