Are we allowed to use them on the rides..?

I purchased one for our summer holiday to Cyprus and it is fab. Just wondering if you can use them on the rides..?

We saw a few people using Go Pro or similar last week - most were using either a chest mount of wrist mount when filming.

We saw someone having to remove their chest mounted go pro on BTM last year, but i think with most things it depends on the CM on duty as to how strictly the rules are adhered to.

The wrist mount would be your best bet. CMs do have the right to ask you to remove them if they think it could cause a problem.

Many thanks. I have a head strap which was great when swimming in the sea. I'll def look into a wrist mount. 😊

Are you sure it was Go pro's..?

I know they banned selfie sticks.

I have used my camcorder on BTM without issues. However thought I might get different angles etc with my GoPro.

Can't use them on Tower of Terror or RC Racer but I've used it on most of the rides. I've also used my DSLR on loads including big thunder Mountain, also used my gear 360 camera on a few last week.
