Small specialist DCL travel agents are the best, they give personal service. DU is to big and impersonal, and as said like maritime, some people may like them, a lot have moved on.

Hi they have probably left to better themselves by starting their own TA company.
I have worked with the same agent for years and have had no issues.
I book my cruise OB everytime and am always asked if i will be using my same TA as before.

Yes some of the best ones left go set up there own agency.
