The DIBB has a similar list on the following page:
http://www.thedibb.co.uk/forums/When...-WDW-p-78.html Typically (at least in the past), Jan and early Feb, Sept and early Dec tend to be the times that have the lowest crowds. That does not mean the parks are quiet. It just means that the parks aren't as busy as the other times of year.

I have to say we went 29th September for 2 weeks last year and the queues were far worse than we had seen than in last 2 weeks in August.

I remember going back in 2005 first 2 weeks of December and the parks were literally dead. We did Jaws twice at Universal as it was only us on the boat 😂

I recommend September (early October) and May. September is wetter mind, and hurricanes can be a problem but that's rare.
September has Food & Wine festival at Epcot and May has Flower and Garden, also at Epcot. There are quieter times, but they are also the times most likely to experience attraction maintenance, so Sep/May is a great compromise of attraction availability and low crowds. Also September can be rather humid at times. EDIT: I should also point out that May has busy periods depending on when Easter occurs. End of May also gets a little busy. Edited at 07:07 PM. |

I've been in January/February time and it was extremely quiet but quite chilly, I wouldnt really go at that time again.
Last year we went early October, the weather was lovely and the queues not too bad. Busy but nothing crazy and we got to see the Halloween decs. This would now be my month of choice. |
