Chef Mickey Breakfast/Limo Pick Up
We are heading to Orlando for our Honeymoon in May and want to book some meals in advance.
Seen this option on attractions tickets direct where they will arrange a limo pick up from your hotel and transport you to Disney. however it's working out over £160. Has anyone booked this before and would you say it's worth the money? |

I know someone that done this, but I don't think it was that expensive...when the limo picked them up, it had a load of other people in it which they was not expecting...though they had no children they all had a great laugh. 🙂

That's extremely expensive, to be honest. Whereabouts are you staying, and how are you planning on getting to the parks on the other days?
Is there a reason you particularly want to do Chef Mickey's? There may be other options that are better for your honeymoon

staying on idrive.
neither of us drive so we are either going to use uber or hotel shuttle to parks. There was no particular reason for Chef Mickeys just seen it on Floridatix and attractions direct and was keen to get some feedback if it was worthwhile. thought the limo might be a nice touch but if it's shared don't think I will bother. |

I don't particularly rate Chef Mickey's although my 11 year old son enjoys it, so we do make an annual visit there. I prefer to go when we have the dining plan, so at least I don't feel as though I am paying my hard earned money to eat there There are better character breakfasts to do, such as Tusker House at Animal Kindom, or even Crystal Palace at Magic Kingdom (I'm a big fan of breakfast lasagne)...
...as for the limo package, we did it once (our first time as a family in Orlando) and I wouldn't bother with it again. We found it quite expensive and it was really a glorified and very inconvenient mini-bus. The limo picked us up and there were already two other families in the vehicle. We were taken to DTD and left there for one hour before being collected and taken on to the Contemporary. We ate and then met the other families back at the limo for our shuttle back to the hotel. We had a car, so could have saved a lot of money and time by just driving ourselves to the Contemporary. That's what we do now anyway and that's as I said for DS's benefit. Anyway, if you decide to book, then I hope you have a lovely time. If you don't book, there's better things to do for that money, so don't worry about it |

thanks for the reply. I was a bit on the fence and reading this has made my mind up that I think I could arrange something else.
