One way flights! Result.

Just booked our one way flight to Vancouver for next Sept pre cruise! Used Avios and with taxes both flights Ł460.
Researching our open jaw (coming back via LAX as we plan to do Aluani after the cruise) we realised the return flight booking one way meant we saved Ł90 on the taxes! So will book the return one way in a few weeks from LAX to LHR.
Exciting!

Thanks, yes excited! Started to look at the eye watering prices on cruise excursions so thought we best tap into the Avios to save somewhere, lol.
