Come to think of it, I now remember sitting in Cabanas in New York Harbour because we were not in a hurry to disembark at the end of the cruise and people were having breakfast! Ah sweet memories

We have been told the 1st bus leaves at 9 so to be off and on the bus by then. We will go to Cabanas I suspect as 2nd dinner seating. Not long for us now

I'm truly sorry that you got this incorrect information. As I have said before, everyone can go to breakfast on any morning, including the last one.

Just coming back to this as we still don't have flights! Is 11.45am too early?

Feeling very important here as this is my first 'post-cruise info sharing' post!
We disembarked from the Magic yesterday. We were told we could eat at Cabanas from 6.30 am or in MDR from 7am (first seating) or 8.15am (second seating). We should have been first seating but weren't in a hurry to get off the ship as our transfer wasn't booked until later. So we asked at dinner if we could change to second seating for breakfast the next day. They said that was fine, and that probably there would be space because others would be changing from second to first seating in order to get off earlier. So, maybe another option would be to ask if you could change to the earlier seating.

I wonder if the CM's thought Miss Vincent meant room service ... ah well you know for this time.
This has got me thinking now as our plans have changed, the original plan was to pick up a one way car hire head off early and have breakfast and a a beach day at Cocoa before heading for MCO but we're now getting picked up by friends who live on Vero Beach so will be able to "miss the rush" and a deck breakfast and an amble off sounds much nicer. |
