We like Wroxham in Norfolk, capital of the broads, lovely little place, and Mevagissey in Cornwall, a quintisensual little Cornish port.

Got to be anywhere in the Lake District apart from Windermere or Bowness. You need to be away from the crowds

We often spend a couple of nights near St Austell in between Xmas and New Year. Some nice villages, beaches, gardens, woods etc nearby, as well as the Eden project. And it's not too far into Cornwall so the drive isn't that bad.

We live on Anglesey so quite spoilt - however, Padstow in Cornwal is our No1 followed closely by York.

I really want to get back to the Yorkshire Dales , we went several years ago and even though it rained almost every day I loved it. Hoping to go back this Spring.

We loved little haven and the sunset at broadhaven. We intended to spend longer at tenby ... but got carried away at heatherstone!

Bridport and Westbay in Dorset. So many happy memories of holidaying there when the boys were younger.
