Transfer options from Gare du Nord
Hi all, we travel to DLP on Friday and are due to get in to Paris about 10pm. We have travelled on the RER to DLP from Paris many times including late at night but with recent events and the chance we could arrive even later with security delays etc, I wondered if anyone had experience of a car transfer from Gare du Nord if you miss or don't want to take the RER?
I'd just quite like to have a plan B if we find ourselves arriving very late or there are transport issues. Has anyone travelled from central Paris to DLP in any way other than the RER?

We did the trains from Gare Du Nord. Line B and change. It is easy.

Thanks Peter - we have too lots of times and late at night , I'm sure we will tomorrow too really! I just like to have a plan B given were arriving really late and with current circumstances could expect longer delays and arriving very late.
Eta - though I expect the trains run later than the london tube, will check! Edited at 07:28 PM. |

Thanks Geoff! All being well we won't need anything but an RER ticket but will keep this link handy just in case!

No plan b needed - all was very straightforward and no need to worry! In fact the RER was free yesterday - i think due to the road closures for the climate change summit - or so I speculated! Thanks anyway, reassuring to know there are options .
