Fastpass+ / DVC / 4 Guests

Hi,

My son and 3 of his friends are using my DVC for 10 days next month (last minute trip). I haven't been myself since the fastpass+ / wrist band thing started and have a few ?s

I have booked their accommodation using DVC, and purchased 14 day tickets thru the disney website, and am awaiting for a confirmation that they need to present to get tickets.

My ?s are
1. Will all 4 of them have to set up a 'myexperience' account?
2. Will the confirmation have ticket numbers I can add to the fastpass+ screen, enabling them to book fast passes in advance...Is this really necessary when going mid May?
3. Will they get their wristbands at DVC when they check in?
4. Anything else I need to know?

To save time one of them can set them all up on MDE and do everything for all four, as long as they are happy for each of them to have the email access and password when they split to add or change their own FP.
Yes they will need FP in May for the main rides, it is really easy to do and for them maybe just print the busy day guide to assist them decide which park when, I would guess they don't want too much of a schedule. Also if they want to go in later they will at least get in three headline attractions in. The go early mantra still holds to get lots of rides done and the tirining system does mean there are restrictions on the headliners in all parks except MK.
They will need to pick up the MB on check in as they are their keys to the room, no need to pick up tickets as they will on their MB if they have done their MDE
They will have to all register their bands at check in against their own C Cards individually if they want charging priveldges on their bands.

Many thanks for a very detailed reply, which will be a great help.

However, I have booked the tickets via Disney UK online, and have been told to wait for a confirmation to exchange for tickets once in WDW.

I thought I needed actual tickets to add to add the number to MDE (when booking this is what I thought I would get).

Any idea how this will work?

Have they set up a mde account and linked the dvc booking to it? That's what you need to do first . If you bought the tickets from Disney they should just link into mde .

Dvc linked, but no sign of tickets yet. will wait for confirmation email...

Bruce, your reservation number for the tickets should work to link to MDE, I think.
Otherwise insist on them advising you of the numbers as you will not be able to book the fast passes.
Sorry, long time since I did it this way.
Try ringing member services with the ticket booking number, they may be able to link for you.

tickets now activated and one of the two accommodation linked...The other says already allocated so will phone Member services.
