Last year we just used a print out with our membership number on it as our card didn't arrive ... still don't have it 18 months later actually! Had no problems doing this at RFC

No they don't.

But one thing my brother pointed out to me the other day is at the bottom of the confirmation email it says you can't use your sign up reward and Birthday reward together? We have in the past but I don't know if that's just a rule they don't enforce or it's new? Anyone know?

they have changed their terms and conditions this year because people are no longer using it as a loyalty card and are taking out multiple cards with convenient birthdays.

So it just means to get both "rewards" you need to go twice. If you only go once, you get back what you have paid - but still get the absolutely biggest benefit - next available table.

I noticed this when I was looking at the website. I’ll need to have a think about whether it’s worth it for us because we’re currently only planning one visit, and I’ve got an ADR.

Yes we used it at T. rex, showed them the membership number on the app to be seated (and bypassed a huge queue) and again just showed the app to get the discounts.
