Universal studios photo pass

Hi all
I have purchased tickets and the one day photo pass online. I understand I need to set up an app to see the photos. When and where do I download it as currently cannot find any info about it. I am picking everything up at the ticket window.
Any other tips and feedback on this would be appreciated.

We had this last year, had the 3 day one. I can't remember there being an app to use. Once you collected the card from the will call kiosk (if that's where you're picking it up from) you take the little voucher to the shop by the entrance to Islands of adventure (not sure if they have the shops at the studios) and they give you the barcoded voucher with a lanyard...they gave us 2 incase we decided to wonder off on our own. I then went on this website and looked at the photos myuniversalphotos/Default.aspx

Hi the app is called Amazing pictures, was a great app hard to find as not called universal. could see pics straight away and upload onto Facebook or send them to family on your phone.

Thanks miss sunshine. How did you find it? And when did you download it? Over here before you went or in universal?

I downloaded it when I was there as seen it advertised when I got my photo pass in the park, but might be better to download and register an account with them before you go just saves time.

In the app store its called amazing pictures mobile. If you download that and register it ready. But they are extremely helpful in the park store. Once you enter the park its on your right opposite the main gift store.
