Impressive investment of money , and sends out a considerable message after The Disney Corp bought back so much ownership of DLP.
An true investment in the future

I'm a seasoned traveller to DLP (been going for 25 years) and I've not been too happy with the Marvel changes there due to them replacing attractions rather than building. However, having these lands announced is fabulous news! I always said it should be a land and it looks like they have been listening to fans comments about what is needed in that park. I can't wait to visit.

I will still rather go to WDW than DLP. DLP was built in the wrong place and that has been its problem all along.

All sounds great, but without sounding negative .they also need to spend money on great customer service too.

It was built at Marne la Vallee because the sugar beet fields it is built on were cheap. The funding from French banks seemed inviting at the time and Disney were invited to create a "new town" at Val D'Europe out of existing villages.

Other countries such as Spain wanted far too much money and expected Disney to stump it up. You know they looked at the UK at one point? That would have been interesting.

We went in October last year - had great weather and Customer Service was greatly improved. It seems that now Disney Corp are the sole owners it is being raised to Disney standards. We had one CM who was outstanding at the New York Hotel and we filled out a "Pluto" card praising the guy.

Wasn't it Newark that they were looking at? IIRC, it was on old mining or steel site (but, at my age, I rarely RC!)
