I used WhatsApp too and they didn’t respond until the middle of the night 😂 but I had put all my info and what I was looking for in the message so when they responded it was to say they had moved it for us , good luck xxx

I also used WhatsApp. Amended invoice was emailed with the new date on. I could also see the new date when I logged into my booking.

I'm still holding on till I'm cancelled if it happens - mid sept for us, VA have confirmed not cancelled yet, and that if they cancel I should be able to move reward flights for free to Oct. If not I have my BA backup. If not that... Not sure yet tbh, as the whole point was to make HHN30.

Our last date to cancel without cost is August 19th so we need US to reopen their borders or Canada to confirm the September 7th date before then. We cancelled our September 10th trip yesterday.
I think we will also go down the Canada route if possible. Our daughter lives in Canada and we could stay with her for 15+ nights and then fly down to Florida.
We will probably try for Florida early November and hope their Covid issues have eased considerably by then.

Feel like this is just one awful tower of terror ride, up and down, up and down, clinging on for dear hope...I caved yesterday and cancelled our DC cabana. Not cancling anything else until they do but just prayjng for a miracle and fast 🙏🙏😩 x

Well our flights are cancelled with BA and I've requested a refund, cancelled airport parking and going to ring up to see if we can get the premier inn booking moved to another PI for the night before our cruise. I hadn't booked anything else, luckily.

Just waiting now on Virgin cancelling the hotel which will be in the next couple of weeks I believe.
