Ali. Well done. I watched them doing these canopies years ago. Red brick canvas type material stretched over a metal frame and riveted on. They had a nightmare doing them as the metal frames were bent due to the weather/wind and they had to disc out and weld in new pieces.

Sadly yet another concept idea by some architect whereas everybody knows an aluminium canopy with a built in polystyrene lining to stop rain noise would have lasted for ever.

I find it most peculiar the the refurbishment isn't on the WDW websites. Normally they list them all.

Nothing much apart from what Ali and YT posted and this info on DVC News.

I will have a mooch around from Aug 16th on. I am debating about taking my tools and asking for a start.

We are just back and there is no more to update, they are still on the first 2 blocks

It was really noisy some days with the generators

Oh good. We can stay in the 4th block and I can roll out of bed at 7.00am and be onsite ready to start work by 8.00am. I do like reboarding and I also like fitting skirtings & architraves.
