Galaxy Edge

Is this a sign that Disney World is going to be deserted for Galaxy Edge opening, like Disney Land was.
Checking fast passes for the weekend of opening seems to have almost all ride available.

If it is I hope it lasts a few extra weeks.

You can dream but unlikely, what you’ll find is they’ve filled the park to capacity with staff leading to more slots been available

Maybe people are avoiding it as they think it will be busy!

More evidence that Edge will flop.
I was just on the phone to Disney about our resort later in the year and asked about Edge opening. She said that room bookings are extremely low. I checked this myself on Disney UK and US and so many resorts have availability. Even POFQ has every room type available, which usually sells quick.

not sure how anyone can think it will flop, its a extra land in HS, its not stand alone

now add to it that Starwars is a massive thing, it really is, SW has captured 2 generations of people and is still at it, Ride in the MF, Yes please

Remember the whole land doesn't open at the end of August. I think a lot of people will wait and go after Rise of the Resistance opens - this is probably more of a thing in Disney World where a lot of the visitors are tourists and don't visit often, so if you do want to see Galaxy's Edge you'll want to see the whole thing.
