Mde still not working properly

I know I'm not alone with these issues, however I was wondering if anybody knew the opening times for the help desk?

I called yesterday and was told if it wasn't correct this morning that I should call back.

It's still not accurate so I'm trying to call but they are saying the office is closed.

I just want to change some FP's and ADR's but can't until all tickets are re-linked.

All my ADRs, fastpasses, hotel reservation has disappeared from the MDE app. I’m sure they’re working on it 😖

My Fastpasses for next month are all showing now on my phone and iPad ( nothing on my phone yesterday) my hotel and tickets for next September are also showing along with some old non expiration tickets but it's saying we don't have tickets for this year.

It seems that it hasn’t hit all customers so that makes it even more random.

Mine is asking for DH ticket to be linked, it already has and have already done over a weeks FP’s, do I have to phone someone?

You can call 0800 1690749 but be prepared for a long time on hold waiting. You will also have to listen to the recorded message telling you how great the MDE app is and all the great things you can do on it!

Mine have all disapeard on the app too,not that bothered as I always use the mobile web page and everything is fine on there!
