Just to update you all...

I had emailed back and said we couldn’t be much later than 4pm but would try not to be there AT 4pm (especially as I got the AMI check out time wrong it was 10am - DOH)

We took the kids fishing (again! ) then for ice cream, then we took a drive to Cortez fishing village to have lunch at a lovely little place on the fishing docks - in the mean time the lady emailed me to say they had a manged to change the time and would be done before 4pm so we could arrived as planned! We pulled up about 3:45 and waited in the car till the MASSIVE rain storm passed and then it was 4pm anyway

All worked out in the end!

(It wasn’t an open house it was an inspection for someone who’s close to buying!)
