Orlando opening hours

So there's only 25 days left until I travel and I was wondering when do most of the shops open, say the Malls and the shops on I drive.

Not sure about the smaller shops on I-Drive but most of the Malls and larger stores usually open at 10am and usually close around 9pm.

Shops in places like Belz and Premium outlets stay open while 10 - 10:30 and i think most of the shops on I-drive will be the same
