Continuing my frustrations they now have 3 of the 4 we wanted but no pirates one that was there before boooo

I just went to order the castle one for me and either Groot or Genie for hubby, all of which were showing an hour ago ... and of course now both Groot and Genie have disappeared.

This is like constantly banging your head against a brick wall. They are making it so unnecessarily difficult!

Yes it’s now showing but won’t load

Typically I decided on 4 selected them all no problem and then it failed at checkout

DH's Aliens now isn't showing but my Toy Story one is again. I'm just getting fed up with this.

Yesterday they finally had the 2 I wanted, did dds first... failed to check out and got the dismiss or try again buttons! I am so frustrated and I can't see why some people can do it and others can't. I'm getting obsessed with checking numerous times a day but can't work out why. The people who gave managed...is your new band showing on your mde?

You get the dismiss or retry buttons when they’ve actually run out of stock of the MB you are trying to select. The website options don’t seem to be showing in “real time” in regard to the actual stock they have, it seems to take anything up to an hour for the sold out MB to disappear from the options.

It does make you wonder when a particular MB reappears how many of them they actually do have in stock !

So Genie has finally disappeared as an option ... over 6 hours from when I tried to select it this morning.

It’s no wonder people are getting so fed up and frustrated by all this !

I’ve noticed they seem to refresh stock around 1700-1800 BST. Stalked it just now and got the four I wanted. Failed at checkout first time logged back in again and it completed
