Did anyone pick up the free toy story magic bands offer that was linked to buying ultimate passes direct from disney earlier this year, I have my voucher to pick them up from disney springs when I arrive but was wondering if anyone got one yet and what selection if any there was.

I thought I'd just see what all you poor people are going through. After a bit of faffing I was able to get two upgraded bands for my wife & myself to be accepted. When I clicked on the checkout option it stated:

"We are unable to complete your request - please try again later or choose a different MagicBand to complete your order".

I stopped at this point as I wasn't going to purchase anyway.

But how do you know which MagicBand they have an issue with?

Sorry, I can't answer most of your post. However, regarding your last point you don't get a selection of bands to choose from. There is just one design of the free Toy Story MagicBand. Everyone gets the same design.

that's the thing, you don't. it's a complete pot luck. i managed to get 1 of the 4 we wanted...

There is no way of knowing, it is complete pot luck and I think very few people complete check out at the moment. I notice different bands coming and going from my options every time I log in, which initially indicated to me that stock was coming and going, but have not got past the stage you mention for weeks and weeks.

The whole thing is just a joke. Mine didnt go through and have been told they’ve already been sent to the resort so tough basicly. I’m stuck with a plain one.Dont even go til end of october🙄

I managed to order 2 of the Disney snacks ones.

When it reduced the variety there were only about 8 bands to select from and these were on there and the order went straight through
