How much notice do you need to give then? I can’t understand why your bands have already been sent to the hotel so far out in advance.
I was going to leave mine until about 30 days out. I keep thinking it will get sorted soon but it’s not getting any better is it!

I've a good mind to complain properly tomorrow, and I'm really not someone who ever complains, because the whole thing has been farcical and the kids were looking forward to their custom bands. I appreciate it's a bit "first world problem" given the holiday we are about to enjoy, but I'm felling quite annoyed by it.

In just one word and I have used it before-shambolic😡

I would go and have another word at the check on desk to see if they can do anything more- a couple of quid extra to your refund is not recognising the effort made to order these things in the first place- will keep an eye out for you at the beach club 👍

Are only the plain magic bands included in the ones you free for hotel stays or do they do others such as avengers, Star Wars etc. (I know you can buy these over there)

Only the plain coloured bands are included for free, although you can upgrade to the premium bands at a very reduced cost of $10 each through your MDE

We have ordered 3 to pick up at CBR. Only to receive our email confirmation that the bands will be ready to pick up at the beach club on our arrival. Phoned them and they promised they will be sent to CBR on the day we arrive. Me thinks not

Just ordered one of the new Star Wars Galaxy Edge Magicbands that was released today when it was listed at $29.99.

Fortunately I just received an email stating it was a pricing error and that I'll be receiving a refund of $15 as it should have been listed at $14.99!
