Questions about HHN is Universal Studios.
Please can anyone confirm if people are able to walk around Citywalk in Costumes as we have a person who is scared of clowns. Is it all contained in Universal Studios. Also has anyone been in Hard Rock Cafe, so do they have any staff in Costumes?

Everything is contained in Universal Studios - I've never seen anyone in costume outside the parks. They scared the life out of me at HHN so they wouldn't risk scaring any children (or adults).

It's completely contained (as the pp says)and guests aren't allowed to dress up so you wouldn't see anything unless you were attending
