Budget car hire
Hi yall
I always book British Airways flydrive and have a suburban or similar. BA uses to only use Avis but more recently they have been using both Avis and Budget. When I was looking to booking our flydrive the type of car I want is only available with Budget. I've only ever hired with Avis and Alamo. What are you're experiences with Budget? I've looked on a few on line review sites and the reviews are mixed but lean more towards negative with some people saying they were charges £100's for scratches etc that weren't there when they dropped the car off. Any experience/opinions are greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance ☺ |

Those charges will be in Europe. No damage or scratches are charged for on USA rentals. CDW covers everything with a zero excess.

Avis & Budget are the same company so should be similar level of service... although Budget tends to be cheaper so potential for longer queues at the rental desk.

Thank you guys for your response. Knowing they're the same company puts my mind at rest.

Budget are my preferred option.
They are part of Avis. They are always very competitive They have never ripped me off or let me down.
