I've done a few non-EMH early mornings at MK (things like pre-park opening ADRs, Early Morning Magic) and haven't had any issues with getting a Disney bus from wherever I was staying to reach MK in time. They definitely start running pretty early!

If you're worried though I would check with the resort, and you could also potentially have Uber as a backup just in case?

As a few of us have said in this thread - they do. We're all speaking from experience. In my case experience last month.

I stayed at OKW last year and had an 8am BOG reservation and park opening was 9am we got buses no problem so they do run earlier.
