Question what happens if the parks are really busy?

If I have a dinner adr on memorial day would I still be able to get into the park in the evening if its really busy? I'm guessing the parks are going to be really busy so was thinking of having a lazy morning then going for dinner and staying till close as its our last day

I have witnessed them closing the parks before due to being at capacity but I have no idea what would happen if you have an ADR booked. I will watch this with interest.

I have only heard of closures for crowds between Christmas and New Year.

We made the mistake of going into Epcot on New Years eve, our plan was to stay there till mid afternoon then go over to MK for the evening BIG MISTAKE, it was horrendous, Epcot was so crowded you would not have got on any rides, in fact it was nearly impossible to walk we were constantly being rammed with push chairs and wheel chairs, we couldn't see or do anything, we left by about 11am before we even have lunch and went back to the villa for a swim, never again.
