Anniversary suggestions that are child friendly!
Hi,
We will be celebrating our anniversary (25th May 2018) during our next visit and we'd like to have a nice meal out to celebrate. However, as we are no longer just a couple, we will have two little people in tow (ages 11 and 6)! Whilst we'd love to try signature places i'm not sure it's worth it having the kids with us We are staying offsite and the day happens to fall on memorial weekend so I know everywhere is likely to busy that's why i'm keen to book something. I'm not sure if we're planning on visiting a park during the day and may decide to chill out round the pool instead, so where would you suggest? Disney Hotels, Disney Springs etc I already have booked ADRS for; Chef Mickeys Trattoria Al Forno 50's Prime Time Beaches & Cream Hoping for CRT and BBB for the day before our anniversray for our DD. Thanks for your help |

We will be celebrating our Anniversary when we are there next year too, ours is on 3rd June and we will also have our 2 kids with us too (ds 7 and ds 11).
Not decided 100% yet but we're thinking of doing either Ohana or Raglan Road. Our ADR date opens next weekend so need to make a decision soon. Edited at 08:10 PM. |

We booked a meal at Tiffins in AK and I was really worried as we had kids. It was the beast meal of the trip, a late lunch. They were so good with the kids too.

Afternoon tea at the Grand Floridian? They have a kids menu as well as the adult version and it’s a nice special way to celebrate an anniversary.

The signatures are all wecolming for kids. Victoria & Albert is the only one on site that isn't.

Thanks everyone for your replies, i've borrowed a few of your ideas for our trip but i've actually had a bit of a re-think. Seeing the black friday deals i've only gone and booked Discovery Cove for the day of our anniversary and just called them and booked a cabana for the day too DH doesn't know yet
So yes rather more expensive than a meal out, but i'm sure a lovely day we can all do something together as a family then we can get the kids to bed and open a bottle of bubbly Hope I haven't wasted your time and your suggestions have been added to the list for the rest of our trip, so thank you |
