Sorry careless typing on my part, it should have said "I don't blame the OP". Seriously wasn't have a pop at you, not my style and apologise if I caused offence. I would agree with you that it always nice to have a full story for an error up to resolution so that people researching can make decisions. It's also great to see people post about positive stories on here. Just coming on to review a good experience. I think people can come across as kneejerk but only because let's face when things go wrong we look for people to hopefully tell us of a similar experience that has worked out.

Anyways OPs issue has been resolved and hopefully they and the family have a good holiday.
