T-REX or BOG? I need your help.
Hi all,
We are in Florida next February and the first week we are staying at OKW, second week on International Drive. On the last night in OKW I can't decide whether to finish off with dinner at BOG (we have been before but my hubby and daughter had a fastpass so missed the beast) or to catch the boat from OKW to DS and eat at T-Rex? We have got landrys card so could do the second week, it's just our only chance to catch the boat!

Both of these I would say are probably 1 off experiences, probably not worth the price going back to. I had decent meals in both though recently, T Rex was actually very good when I wasn't expecting it to be anything like decent food but many slate it on Tripadvisor so maybe I got lucky.
I would much rather go to Homecomin' (brilliant) or Blaze Pizza in DS if paying myself and not on dining plan. If you go to Homecomin make sure you have the boneless honey chicken thigh biscuits- they are outstanding. When on iDrive go to Bahama Breeze if you have not been before- that restaurant is like a cheap Tommy Bahamas. |

We don't rate BOG although we've only ever had lunch there...never had a bad meal in T-rex and go 2 or 3 times during our holiday and always enjoy it.

We find BOG to be nice for breakfast and dinner but not for lunch. I’m not sure I’d pay out of pocket for it though, it’s just a good use of dining credits. Although my son loves meeting the Beast after dinner!

We love T-Rex but only managed to go once this year - never had a bad meal or experience. The kids love it.

I would go for BOG personally, I really enjoy dinner and lunch there (not such a fan of the breakfast!) I didn't love T-rex, the food was fine but the service was terrible and it's so loud in there!
I would get the BOG ADR anyway, you can always change your mind later but as you have a Landry's card you'll be able to do a walk up to T-Rex where as if you decide last minute you want BOG you'll be unlikely to get a table

Personally I wouldn't go back to T Rex, the last time we went the food was average at best, the toilets were filthy and the service left a lot to be desired. I would do BOG any time and the steak was one on the best I had

Thanks everyone, I think for me it's the fact that it's our only chance to catch the boat to Disney springs x
