Still waiting, my dates are non-flexible as I work in a school has to be 6-20 or 7-21 April for me and I want ideally london to Orlando direct. Nothing much less than £1000 each for last couple months now so going to keep waiting - its still a long way off .

i've booked

man - phl - mia 4/5
Mia - lhr - man 21/5
£1700 2ad 1 ch (7) economy with 1 checked bag each

i added an extra day on to the beginning of the hol so we can stay in miami the night we arrive and then take a leisurly drive up the coast the next day and book into our original disney booking. the flight back isnt till 20:40 so we get a full say there too with a steady drive back down the coast.

Booked car through alamo brits which was lots cheaper from MIA than MCO so all in £2k for 2ad 1 ch

i'm going to stop looking now - i'm happy with the prices, its about £200 than what i would have ideally paid but we are getting an extra days holiday out of it and have never flown into MIA so thatll be something new.

The flights are through net flights and all coded AA so hoping to get seats chosen later today or tomorrow.

phew - glad its done i was getting annoyed having to check every day and the prices just weren't budging.

also the search sites (skyscanner etc) aren't much use these days with them just returning fares with no baggage (or is that just me that found this!)

i can go back to planning this years jaunt now

I searched for Alamo Brits and it came up with a Dibb link offering the same discount. alamo/deals/dibb/
Just booked a Camry via them.

i've just looked and its the same price but Brits offers the additional drivers for free so if you need more than one driver it might be worth cancelling and rebooking with brits

Wow I see what you mean about the difference in car proce depending on where you collect the car from!
7 person minivan with Alamo brits at Orlando - £1200
Same car with Alamo brits at Tampa - £500!
