Sunpass charge

So been back just over a week now and still no charge for driving through and activating the sunpass on the hire vehicle from Alamo (we booked it through Andy at DFCH), anyone know how long it takes to have the charge put onto my bank card?

Can't take up to a month -6weeks at the minute since they upgraded the system LOL

You'll need your rental agreement number which you can obtain from alamo/en_US/car-rental/receipts.html

You can then view the toll receipt at htallc/tollpass although not all charges may be showing at the moment. Can take anything from a few days to a couple months.

We came back on 13th October and charges were applied on 23rd.

There is another thread on here ref tolls from June being applied in September!

All above board and I suspect the SunPass computer update has messed things up.

We arrived back on 25th September. The Sunpass charge hit our credit card on the 5th October and tolls on the 10th.
