Alamo question

Sorry if been asked before but I have an Alamo hire car with my Virgin package. I’ve gone to do the online check in/ skip counter process and been presented with an £87 additional charge. This is not extra insurance but various service fees and taxes.
Is this the norm?

Are you firstly using the dedicated Virgin/Alamo link?

Secondly are you sure you haven't opted in to something in a tick box such as a child seat or sat nav etc?

Used to be an issue if it was booked through Brits but don't recall hearing about the issue with Virgin before.

Can you copy and paste the list of inclusions and prices. Might be able to spot the issue.
