little edit to day 2
booked an early morning Segway tour of fremont street

starts at 7am

really can't wait. figured we will be up super early anyway so this would be a fantastic way to get our bearings. get to take lots of photos on the way. the company have been amazing to deal with as my debit card wouldn't work. they are going to paypal me and if i want i can pay deposit and cash on the day. i cannot believe how helpful they have been... hoping this is the way things are going

have the myvegas point for the cirque du soleil love premium ticket so i will continue until i have enough for two please god. if i got them i would be over the moon

still waiting for Penn and Teller tickets to be released for end of February / march

they are the three main things i want to do
others are cheap and cheerful

sigfried and roy's secret garden - def a must
fremont street slotzilla -another must - mind you isn't there one in the Rio too? might do that before the show

its starting to come together nicely

omg

i never introduced the cast
it won't take long

Obviously me Dozy - planner extraordinaire... if only we had money omg what i would book and plan
I was 40 back in June. Unfortunately as always we were broke and couldn't afford my Dream of going to vegas for my 40th. I never had a 21st birthday (only given birth 6 weeks beforehand) never had a 30th as we were saving for our wedding... wedding was a small affair in cyprus (not a bad thing though. if we had to do it again i would do the exact same thing)

and DH - the younger man - only 38 - serious and leaves the organising to me even if i annoy him booking and talking about it for months in advance. Always enjoys it in the end though

so how did this trip come about?

so my dream was a big trip for my 40th - financially we couldn't do it though and anything we had we put into the house (again)

Mum and Dad went away for my birthday but when they came back they had a fab surprise - the price for a family holiday... IF we had have booked it early enough. at that stage the prices we awful so instead we stayed in Ireland. had a fab time in the Hodson Bay in Athlone - shannon river ride and amazing pool. loads of kids facilities

We decided to pay for me out of the money from mum to go to Vegas and just save up DH's cost
I have dodgy blood so i needed to break the flight 1/2 in 1/2 so i had research to do

September and October did not give us enough time to save so 2016 was chosen
May was out as ds's first holy communion
April was out as just before Ds holy communion
March was a definite contender but i felt bad to be away for Ds's birthday - he will be 8 years old. there was the idea of St Patrick's time (17th March) but as this runs into easter this year the prices were bad - PLUS SPRING BREAK TIME
so February was the month... end of Feb - start of March

yipppppeeeee
