Excited about Disney
|
California in February 2022
Hiya!
We have been to Florida before as well as Paris but are new to California. We fly out in Feb to Knotts Berry Farm Hotel for 5 nights (planning on doing Knotts Berry farm and maybe 3 days with Disney?). We then move to the Sheraton Universal for 9 days, so Hollywood Studios, Warner Bros tour, the Hollywood sign and maybe a tour around the walk of fame and Chinese theatre. Can anyone suggest the best way to do this? Also, realistically what the weather is like? Thanks in advance!

The weather should be good during the day but cold at night. Wrap up warm.
Are you hiring a car? If so, IMHO I think I would look at expanding your itinerary. Hollywood has some must-see attractions but the general place isn’t all that nice (I try and minimise the time we spend there). |

Sorry but do you plan to only do LA area. Probably for most who go to west coast this would seem strange.

I agree with this. 2 days is more than enough for Universal Studios and half a day for Warner Bros. We didn't do the LA things ourselves but from reading other reports a day might be enough.
San Diego was less than a 2 hour drive and an amazing amount of things to see and do. And there are plenty of other things to see on the West Coast. |

We like San Diego and Palm Springs over LA. It is good to do LA but just the main sights and Disney for us. Possibly planning for San Francisco, my 4th trip there
