Question For Cake Makers
Hi Everyone
Another question from me this week! If you are decorating a false cake (one of the polystyrene ones), do you still have to buttercream it to get the fondant to stick? I feel like this should be an easy answer, but equally I haven’t a clue! I’ve 3 x 12” deep ones to ice and decorate, but having never used them before, I didn’t know if the buttercream was needed or not. Don’t want to waste money on ingredients I don’t need. Thanks in Advance Gill
