BA Booking Cancelled

Hey everyone

So just received confirmation from British airways that my refund has been processed for my cancelled booking going from Edinburgh to Orlando on 8 November. I text +44 7860 022933 with my booking reference and was refunded immediately which I thought was great service!

I’m due to go from Heathrow on 14th November….haven’t heard anything at all yet, when we’re you told and how, please

Was you told to text them or did you do this off your own back? We still have Mexico booked and full payment due in 8 days, they haven’t cancelled yet and I can’t get through to speak to anyone

We still have ours at the moment, booked for the 13th November from LHR to MCO. Although I think it's just a matter of time now

I expect you might have a few weeks wait yet - our flight is 23rd October and based on the BA thread on here ours is ‘due’ to be cancelled this coming Friday - although cancellations up to 17th Oct which were ‘due’ last Friday have yet to be cancelled so who knows?!

I’m very ready for mine to be cancelled now and I just want to get onto planning next year instead 😢

For anyone concerned, this is the Edi-Lon leg that has been cancelled, which has enabled the refund.
Heathrow to MCO has only been cancelled up until 10th October.

It was a case of curiosity, I went onto manage my booking to find that the flights were no longer there. I didn’t receive an email from BA so I would recommend going online to check. I then called BA and the man I spoke to advised me to contact the number I referenced in this post

Excellent, I’ve had a reply back asking for my name and booking reference so fingers crossed
