When to Re-apply for ESTA

We applied for ESTA's for our planned trips in 2020 and 2021 which expire in February 2022. Do we need to wait for them to expire before applying again for our new 2022 trip or can we just make a new application now ?

No, you can reapply whenever you want. The new application will cancel the old ones.

Exactly as DrJJ says.

You may get a "warning" during the application process that you currently have valid ESTAs but just ignore it and carry on.

We are waiting to get some return from our $28 investment in June 2020 - maybe early next month.

I�m assuming you haven�t had new passports since 2020?

No new passports and haven't looked at the idea of a return on unuseable investment on the last application
