Last time I tried to do a Boots shop it kept crashing on me so I just gave up. That was way before Black Friday as well.

I’m the same here! Put an order in almost 2 weeks ago,dispatched on the 3rd and due to be delivered on Monday.I am still waiting and can’t track with Royal Mail.I went on Boots website earlier and went on the virtual assistant,typed in where is my order? It then asked for my order number but then said it was unable to help me.I got a text from Royal Mail not long after telling me it’s being delivered tomorrow so not sure if that’s anything to do with it but maybe worth a try.

Those are the same dates as my order ! I need to receive it soon or my son will end up with no Christmas present ! It was quite an expensive shaver.

I had a text message yesterday from Royal Mail saying it would be delivered today between 10.30 and 2.30.No sign of it yet!

Well what a surprise it’s not turned up again! That’s the second day this week I’ve waited in for it😡 Still unable to track it other than a message to say they’ve got it which is something I suppose.

I'm the same as most of you, ordered on the 27th of November, got a text saying that it would be delivered on the 3rd of December between 9.32am and 1.42pm... And nothing!

Emailed, twittered, fb'd and nothing...

Rang 03450708090 at 08.30am sharp and got through in 7 minutes this morning... She confirmed probably lost forever and did I want to re-order or refund... Took a refund! I'll buy the stuff I want from Instore... Hopefully!

Boots are usually really good IMHO, not sure what's happened this time!?!?
