TUI holiday cancelled for November

Hi

I know some of you will be in a similar position and nervously waiting.

I finally managed to get someone from TUI to commit to telling me what was happening and they’ve confirmed my flight leaving MAN on 9th November has been impacted by cancellations and therefore my holiday has been cancelled. Officially confirmation will be sent shortly.

Fingers crossed for others, but I think all TUI flights for November will be cancelled imminently.

Thanks/Sorry!

I thought TUI was announced on here a couple of days ago. Haven’t they cancelled all of November, so now their next flights are March/April to Melbourne?

There's already a thread about Tui cancellations in November.

It was never officially confirmed. They’d taken holidays off sale, but the official stance was that they were still going ahead.

Thanks for passing on the info TUI gave you VS075. Altho it doesn't affect us it will be so disappointing for you and other Dibbers booked.

Here's to you getting away sometime next year

Hi, to poster, I am
Also flying out 9th from Manchester with Tui. Yes the Sanford flights are cancelled but Tui are finding Alternatives, like using Otger airlines or trying ti use MCO for a few weeks.

How can they be using other airlines ?

BA have today cancelled all flights upto the 15th
Virgin will likely do the same ( if they haven’t already )

So who exactly is TUI going to be using ?

Hello, I have been told Tui & Virgin had partnered up and they will be using same flights. BA has cancelled until 15th. We all need to wait til the announcement from Task forge before anything offical. My holiday is still alive and going ahead. Eventhou it probably isn’t which I have known for a while.

So now I’m confused

You say they’ve partnered up but then further down you say it’s probably cancelled and you’ve known this a while..

My booking got blocked last week. I called Tui they explained they have partnered up with Virgin. If the border open they will use Virgin or another airline. I think it won’t go ahead as the borders won’t open until 29th. I have alway said that me was told 29th from friends who are cabin crew.
