Rebooking Virgin Reward Flights (Online Form)

Has anyone managed to do this with the online form with reward flights and multiple booking Refs. We have 3 different booking refs for our return flights so looking to see if anyone else has the same and used the form. (Virgin)

I just rang them on Saturday to rebook my flights as I needed to ask them to do something else too - only waited 20 minutes for call to be answered. So if it may be complicated why not ring them?

We had 4 booking references and found it much easier to call.

I shall call, I had 3 different teams telling me I couldnt book the outbound without rewards available last week until I got it sorted so was trying to avoid that part x

Just wondering now you got on with rebooking your flights?

I had 3 seats with 3 booking numbers.
My situation was complicated as I wanted to cancel one ticket and rebook the others for the west coast instead of our Man to Mco flights.
The cancelation was easy.
The swap to the west coast needed reward availability as I was changing the route. It started off with the form and progressed to an email exchange but got sorted after a few days.
